Shannon Pietrus

"Shannon has a heart of gold, is patient, friendly, and feels like a lifetime friend!" - Jacquelyn

From my experience moving from city to city, I am very empathetic to the stressors moving can cause. It is my mission to alleviate that stress so you can have the most enjoyable buying & selling experience. A midwestern native, I relocated to Colorado after living on the East Coast, West Coast and most recently, Europe. I couldn't be happier that my roots are now in Colorful Colorado

Moving with my husband and 2 daughters, I discovered a passion for real estate while personally researching the many communities, activities, churches, and school districts. While on the hunt for my own home, I've gained experience I am happy to pass onto the next buyer or seller during this current market phase. I love researching market trends and staying current with new listings. Most importantly, I love meeting new people, building lasting relationships and helping in any way I can.

My background includes earning a BA in BioMedicine from Brown University. I managed my intensive studies while competing as a Division I Track and Cross Country runner. I earned Best Future Athlete Recruiter for my "naturally friendly & bubbly" personality that made others feel at home. I learned to go the extra mile to succeed, to be declipinied and committed to my work. You can be assured you and your loved ones will be well taken care of throughout every step of the transaction process.

Shannon is very patient and friendly, and truly cares about people!

One of the hardest working, punctual and FRIENDLY people I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

5 stars - Highly likely to recommend

Bought a single family home in 2021 for approximately $900K in Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.

Ours is a move from out of state. We tried asking around Denver area friends for a relator recommendation but were told numerous times it was hyper local. We started to have conversations with some top agents on Zillow for the areas we were looking at and had been ready to move forward with one who was well-reviewed and qualified when we were given Shannon’s contact through a social connection. While this was not our first house buying experience, I was moving to a new state with 3 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog in tow, and I wanted to finish out the school year for the kids during a pandemic. It is pretty stressful already an experience on top of a remote learning year but it was also a multiphase project, the transactions had more complexity in finances and timing. I was a bit skeptical but once I met Shannon over Zoom, she won us over by giving us thoughtful feedback and great ideas for our house hunt and move.

Shannon is a fantastic agent with excellent work ethic and strong empathy. she stayed with us through this long multi-part process as a trusted partner during this stressful time. She is smart, caring, trustworthy, and worked diligently. She really listened and she is a go-getter with those offers. I ask a lot of questions and she always patiently explained everything so I understand exactly what I am signing every time. She was really with us every step of the way and incredibly helpful in getting our house in Colorado ready for moving in. I was moving to a new state with 3 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog in tow, and I wanted to finish out the school year for the kids which means we wouldn’t be able to move in the house, and Shannon even helped with getting contractors to fix up a few things before moving in. She has more than delivered on her statement in her Zillow profile, and I am very grateful to have had her as my agent on this very important move and not so easy project!
