Shannon Pietrus

I’m not your typical Realtor. I’m an Ivy League graduate, former Division I athlete, and multitasking mom of three who understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction.

As the wife of a former professional hockey player, I’ve moved more times than I can count. I’ve navigated home purchases, researched new communities and schools—and, of course, located the nearest ice rinks. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming a move can feel, especially for families relocating to Colorado.

My priority is to advocate for my clients while giving them the information, guidance, and clear process they need to make financially sound decisions. A home is often a person’s largest asset, and I take seriously the responsibility of helping clients protect that investment while finding a place where they can truly feel at home.

I earned a BA in BioMedicine from Brown University while competing in Division I Track and Cross Country. Balancing demanding academics and athletics taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of going the extra mile. I was also recognized as “Best Future Athlete Recruiter” for my naturally friendly and bubbly personality—qualities that still help me make people feel comfortable and supported today.
